All policies detailed below are subject to change / alteration without any prior notice and are applicable only for products purchased online at https://visionista.in/ & not for products purchased at any of our stores. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Shipping pan India will be done free of charge, all expenses of freight, Packaging will be paid by Visionista.
Pre-conditions for returns & exchanges
Your utmost satisfaction is our priority. In case you are not sure of a final decision whether to keep or not to keep the purchase made by you online, you can inform one of our sales staff on below numbers post your online purchase to send you the purchased item on a may be returnable basis with the barcodes on, in case you wish it can be returned within 5 days of receipt to our address for a store credit with the same barcodes intact. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the product along with a request for store credit. You will have to apply the store credit to the next product you wish to purchase. If the price of the new product is higher than the amount of credit, you will have to pay the difference. Leftover credit can be applied to any future purchase.
Sometimes, it is the seemingly small things that matter. Your dissatisfaction with the product might be due to the fit. We would encourage you to book a frame tune up at our store where our expert technicians would be happy to assist you. You would be surprised with what a few simple adjustments can do to completely uplift your level of comfort. All store credits issued are subject to a thorough quality check of products received back by us. Please refer to the pre-conditions for return below:
Sunglasses & Frames
- Must be in an unused and unworn condition.
- Proof of purchase in form of a physical / electronic invoice must be provided along with the return request
iii. All items tags, warranty certificates, product catalogues, usage & care instructions, dust bags etc. included inside the package must be returned in their original condition
What is the process of returning my product?
- Please write to us at please write to care@visionista.inor whatsapp us at +91 9619892121 along with a copy of your invoice and a photograph of your product. Our support team will try to make your return process as smooth as possible.
- Once you hear back from us, please ship the product to the address mentioned by us. Please ensure that the product is packaged in a manner similar to how you had received it, to ensure that we receive it and it contents in their original condition along with the original invoice…
iii. We shall inform you once the product is received. Kindly allow us 3 – 4 working days post receipt of the product for a thorough quality check.
AFTER SALES & SERVICING
What is the warranty on my product & what does it cover?
All products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty.
Manufacturing warranty covers the following issues
- Missing components
- Delamination and / or peeling of sun lens coating
iii. Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
- Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
- Soldering defects
If your product encounters any of the above issues within 1 year of purchase, please write to us at care@visionista.in or call us at +91 96198921212. We will require you to ship the product to us for a quality check by our technicians. Visionista has absolute discretion to ascertain if the issue is a manufacturing defect.
Kindly note, we will be unable to entertain any requests for exchange or credit if the product has been altered / repaired in any manner by any third party.
Manufacturing warranty does not cover the following issues
- Normal wear and tear i.e. scratches
- Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or improper storage of product
iii. Damage caused by chemicals
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repair
I bought a product from you some time back, but it’s now loose for me, what do I do?
We would encourage you to book a frame tune up at any of stores where our expert technicians would be happy to assist you & adjust the product for you.
SHIPPING DURATION
Item will be shipped within 3 – 4 business days of receipt of order for most products. Certain special products may take longer to dispatch.
DELIVERY DURATION
You should generally receive your product within 3 – 6 business days of it being shipped.
REFUND POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything brought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange an item provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Return should be made within 5 days from delivery and in original undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you returning an item because of damaged or defective, we will refund you the cost of the item in original payment method used for purchase. Refund will be processed within 5 working days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel a complete order before it gets delivered for a full refund + Shipping fee refund.
Order will get cancelled either if the customer is not able to receive the orders even after two delivery attempts, or the customer address is incorrect.
Delivery for all shipments will be an open box delivery. Customers need to check the shipment for any missing products/visible damages at the time of delivery and can refuse to accept and/or reject those items in the order.
